TTFIT Workouts 8/16/21 – 8/20/21

Monday, August 16th – AMRAP in 21 minutes: 7 burpees to a plate, 14 ground to overhead with a plate, 21 sit-ups with a plate. E1:30MOM perform 4 walking lunges with a plate. Start the workout with 4 lunges.

Tuesday, August 17th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  10 DB floor press, 20 box jumps/step-ups, 30 jump rope.  Every 2 minutes, run 100 meters.  Start the workout with a 100 meter run.

Wednesday, August 18th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  250/200 meter row, 7 lateral burpees over the rower, 14 leg raises, 21 air squats

Thursday, August 19th – AMRAP in 10 minutes:  100 meter DB farmer carry, 200 meter run, 30 second plank hold.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 8 minutes:  50 meter walking lunge, 100 meter backwards run, 15 second hollow hold

Friday, August 20th – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  20/15 calorie Assault bike, 20 alternating DB snatch, 20 weighted sit-ups w/ a single DB
