Workout of the Day:

“Social Distance”

AMRAP in 15 minutes: 

5 strict HSPU

10 shuttle sprints (10 meters each)

20 alternating one arm DB snatch

-Sub for HSPU would be strict DB press.  If no access to DB, sub a 15 second handstand hold each round.  Snatch can be done with DB or KB.
