-EMOM complete 5 KB swings. The workout begins with 5 KB swings.


-No rings?..no problem.  Perform box dips or dips off of any elevated surface.  To increase difficulty elevate feet, too.  Too decrease difficulty, bend knees.  For HSPU sub, use DB strict press.
