Challenge of the Day: Pick a weakness (i.e. pull-ups, overhead squats, HSPU, cardiovascular endurance, etc). Find and watch two CrossFit related videos on how to improve that weakness.
Strength: 20RM front squat (15 minutes to establish)
Running work: 800/600/400/200 (equal work/rest time)
