TTFIT is hitting the road every Monday and Tuesday evening!  Dins and I will be at the Bixby HS track leading a large group of football moms (and dads!) in a free TTFIT workout each night.  TTS friends, if you miss classes for the day OR want to hit a second session, meet us there….7:05pm.  Request to join our “TTFIT at the Track” Group on FB to receive updates on time changes, workouts, etc. 

Strength:  Snatch – with a 15 minute running clock, establish a heavy single for the day.  No more than 3 misses when above 85%.  At the 15:00:  Clean & jerk – with a 15 minute running clock, establish a heavy single for the day.  No more than 3 misses when above 85%. 

Workout of the Day:

“Death by 10 meters”

With a continuously running clock perform 1 sprint (10 meters) the first minute, 2 sprints (10 meters) the second minute, 3 sprints the third minute, and so on, continuing to add 1 sprint each minute until you cannot complete the required number of 10 meter sprints in the given minute.

-Score total rounds and sprints in the last round completed.
