Strength:  Snatch Technique – 12:00 on the clock to complete:
3 sets of 3:  Pausing snatch pulls – 70-75-80%
3 sets of 3:  Snatch high pulls – 50-55-60%
3 sets of 1 complex (1 power snatch + 1 squat snatch) – 50-55-60%
Then,
On the 12:00 – Following the final complex, athletes should take 10:00 to build to a 10 rep overhead squat @ about 70-80% of their 1RM squat snatch.

100 meter farmers carry
