Take 10:00 to build to a heavy set of 2
0:00 – 5 reps @ 60% of 1RM DL
1:30 – 4 reps @ 65% of 1 RM DL
3:00 – 3 reps @ 70% of 1RM DL
4:30 – 2 reps @ 75% of 1RM DL
-Use remaining time to build to a heavy set of 2.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 CTB pull-ups
15 push-ups
20 pistols, alternating
*After every 3 rounds, run 400 meters
