Minutes 0-2:  27 box jump overs (24/20)
Minutes 2-4:  24 GHD sit-ups or weighted AbMat sit-ups
Minutes 4-6:  21 thrusters (95/65)
 
-Any remaining time in each 2:00 window after completing the repetitions is rest.
