TTS Tourney Match-up #6

Part A) Pull-ups + bench press

EMOM x 6:

Odd minute – 15 pull-ups (10 pull-ups)

Even minutes – Max reps bench press

Bench press weight – body weight for males, 2/3 body weight for females (body weight x .66).  If your weight is in-between, you must scale up.  For instance if you are 191#, you would use 195#.

Part B) and C) Run + rope climbs

With 4:00 on the clock, complete a 400m run buy-in. Then, with time remaining, max reps of 15ft rope climbs
