“Reciprocity”

teams of 3, complete the following for time:

180/150 calorie row 

300 double unders

150 sit-ups

240 double unders

120 sit-ups

180 double unders

90 sit-ups

120 double unders

60 sit-ups

60 double unders

30 sit-ups

-For the row portion at the beginning and end, males must switch every 20 cals/females must switch every 15 cals.  One rower per team.  On row and dubs, one person works and two people rest.  For the sit-up portion, one person performs sit-ups, one person holds a plank, and one person rests.  Sit-up reps don’t count, unless another team member is in the plank position.
