Min 8: Change weights and rest

Min 12 and 13:  Change weights to first C&J % and rest

Min 14, 15, 16: Power clean and jerk x 2 (60%)

Min 17:  Change weights and rest

Min 18, 19, 20:  Power clean and jerk x 2 (65%)

Min 21:  Change weights and rest
