Running work:  400-200-400-200-400 (one minute rest between each)

Workout of the Day:
“Death by Ring Muscle Up”
With a running clock:
1 ring muscle up on the first minute.
2 ring muscle ups on the second minute.
3 ring muscle ups on the third minute.
And so on…
The sets do not need to be straight.  Athletes can break them as they see fit inside the minute. 
Cash out: 
3 rounds not for time –
100 meter farmers carry (athlete chooses weight)
20 GHD sit-ups (or V-ups)
30 seconds max calories on assault bike
