Workout of the Day:


“Reclusive”

Every 5 minutes for 30 minutes (6 rounds):

200 meter run

20 goblet squats

20 KB swings


-A single DB or KB can be used for goblet squats and swings.  Try to finish every round in the same amount of time.  Push hard during the work, because you will have built in rest.
