Workout of the Day:
“Repeat Mistakes”
In teams of two with only one person working at time, complete the following for time:
800/600 meter row
60 toes to bar
40 strict HSPU
40 lateral burpees over the rower
20 bar muscle-ups
200 double unders
-Rest 4 minutes and repeat.  Score is total time for both rounds including rest.
