We are in need of volunteers for the third annual Battle at the Ballpark.  Please e-mail info@ttownsouthfitness.com, if you can help out Friday, September 30th, and/or Saturday, October 1st.  This is such a fun weekend…we would love for you to be a part of it!

Strength:

Overhead Squat – take 7 minutes to build to a heavy single. At the 7:00: Snatch balance – take 7 minutes to build to a heavy single. At the 14:00: Hang squat snatch – take 7 minutes to complete 5 singles at 75%. Rest as needed between the 5 singles.
