Don’t forget to sign-up for the 2017 CrossFit Open!  This 5-week worldwide competition is for individuals of ALL fitness levels.  Every Saturday from 2/25 – 3/25, we’ll run scheduled heats for the Open WOD of the week, in lieu of regular class.  You won’t want to miss out on this opportunity to compete against CrossFit athletes from all of the globe, and most importantly, have a lot of fun with your TTS friends!  The CrossFit Open is for EVERYONE!  Go to the CrossFit Games website at to register today!

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
75/45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
135/75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
165/100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
210/120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
Cash out:  4 supersets, resting 1-2 minutes between:
20 second L-sit hold, on parallettes
20 AbMat sit-ups
