Gymnastics conditioning:
AMRAP in 4:00 – 10 KB swings (55/35), 25′ HS walk

Trainer notes:  Athletes who are unable to do HS walk should sub HS walk attempts, box shoulder taps, or bear crawls each round.  If doing box shoulder taps or HS walk attempts, do about 30 seconds per round.  If doing bear crawls, athlete should do 2 bear crawls (50′) for one HS walk.
