I love so many things about CrossFit, but my very favorite part is the community.  I love that we have peeps unexpectedly  stop by to try a work out one day and within a couple of months they have lost inches, gotten their first pull-up, and, most importantly, made lifelong friends.  How cool is that?  This past weekend we got to watch 18 members of our community team up for a two-day CrossFit competition.  We could not be more proud of our three teams and the way they represented TTS!  Congrats to all of you, many of whom competed in your first CrossFit comp, for an amazing weekend!  So excited for 2019!
