50 ft dumbbell walking lunge (50/35) – overhead lunge for red bracket and front rack lunge for blue bracket – one DB

20 toes to bar (red bracket)/15 toes to bar (blue bracket)

50 ft dumbbell walking lunge (50/35)

At 6:00 minutes, begin Part B.

Part B)  Max ring muscle-ups in two minutes (red bracket) or max ring pull-ups in two minutes (blue bracket)

Part C)  Push press + push jerk + split jerk complex

EMOM x 8:
