TTS Tourney Match-Up #4

Part A) 
Strength:  12 minutes to establish a 1 RM of Bear Complex (Power clean + Front squat + Push press/jerk + Back squat + Push press/jerk
 
Part B) 
Burpee bar MU + reverse med Ball burpees E3MOM x 4:
In one minute, complete 5/3 burpee bar MUs, then max reverse med ball burpees (20/14).
Rest 2 minutes.  Repeat 3 more times.

or
Burpee CTB pull-up (right side of blue bracket) + reverse med ball burpees E3MOM x 4:
Jumping burpee CTB pull-up (left side of blue bracket) + reverse medball burpees E3MOM x 4:
In one minute, complete 5/3 burpee CTB or jumping CTB, then max reverse med ball burpees (20/14).
Rest 2 minutes.  Repeat 3 more times.

Part C) 
For time:  200 meter farmer’s carry with dumbbells
Red bracket – 50/35
Blue bracket – 40/25
