We are beginning a new micro-cycle with our Monday snatches. 
 
Strength:  3 sets of:  Power snatch + hang squat snatch + overhead squat (E1:30MOM)
 
then, 3-position pausing snatch deadlift:  3 x 1 @ 100% – Pause for 2 seconds at each position:  1) 3-inches off the floor, 2) knees, 3) pockets
 
Workout of the Day:
 
“SQT”
3 rounds for time:
10 ground to overhead (95/65)
200 yard shuttle sprint (50 yards out and back, twice)
