Strength:  Box squats and front squats
OTM x 10:  2 box squats @ 60% of 1RM back squat
(set box or stacked plates height to parallel)
Then, on the 12:00:  4 x 7 front squats
12:00 – 7 reps @ 60% of 1RM front squat
14:00 – 7 reps @ 63% of 1RM front squat
16:00 – 7 reps @ 66% of 1RM front squat
18:00 – 7 reps @ 68% of 1RM front squat

Workout of the Day:
Nauseated
In front of a clock set for 12 minutes:
1 minute of double unders
1 minute of dumbbell snatches (50/35)
2 minutes of double unders
2 minutes of dumbbell snatches (50/35)
3 minutes of double unders
3 minutes of dumbbell snatches (50/35)
