Part A:  EMOM x 5:
1 snatch grip push press 
1 snatch grip push jerk
1 snatch balance
Set 1- 40% of 1RM snatch, Set 2- 45%, Set 3- 50%, Set 4+5- 50-60%
-Rest 1 minute
Part B:  EMOM x 5:
1 high hang squat snatch
1 hang squat snatch
Set 1- 40% of 1RM snatch, Set 2- 45%, Set 3- 50%, Set 4+5- 50-60%
