Workout of the Day:


“Misanthropic”

Every minute on the minute:

10 burpees

After 10 minutes, switch to:

30 air squats

For the final 10 minutes:

10 sit-ups + 10 push-ups


-This is a 30 minute workout.  Athletes should adjust reps so they have :20-:30 seconds of rest per round.
