Workout of the Day:
“Wrecking Ball”
In teams of three, complete the following for time:
400 meter wreck bag run (50/35)
100 KB swings (55/35)
400 meter wreck bag run (50/35)
100 GHD sit-ups
400 meter wreck bag run (50/35)
100 burpees
400 meter wreck bag run (50/35)
100/70 Assault bike calories
400 meter wreck bag run (50/35)
100 hang power snatch (75/55)
400 meter wreck bag run (50/35)
100/70 ring dips
-One person works while two people rest on all movements, except the runs.  All team members run together and can switch carrying the wreck bag as much as needed.  Teams can choose order of movements, but must complete all 100 before moving to the next run.  All team members must be back from the run, before starting the next movement.  Time cap for this workout is 35 minutes.
