In teams of 2:
0:00-1:00: Lateral barbell jumps
1:00-3:00 Barbell push-ups
3:00-6:00 KB swings
6:00-10:00 Calorie row
10:00-15:00 Ground to overhead
RX weights: KB – 70/55, GTO – 115/75
Scaled weights: KB – 55/35. GTO – 95/65
-In Perfect Score, each team will work in a tag team format for 15 minutes, for a total score. The 15 minutes will consist of 5 separate AMRAPs, each with a score of up to 100 combined reps. There will be no rest or transition time between the AMRAPs.
