Challenge of the Day:  Perform 150 air squats.  This can be done at once or throughout the day.

Workout of the Day:

“Bunny Hill”
In teams of 3, for time:
600 meter run w/ a med ball (20/14)
6 rope climbs
20 squat cleans (135/95)
600 meter run w/ a med ball (20/14)
9 rope climbs
35 squat cleans (135/95)
600 meter run w/ a med ball (20/14)
12 rope climbs
50 squat cleans (135/95)

-Runs are done together and team members can switch up who holds the med ball throughout the run.  All other reps are done with one team member working and the other two resting.
