Workout of the Day:

“Zoom Meeting”

In teams of two, for time:

1,000 sit-ups

Teammates will switch every 50 repetitions.  While one teammate is performing their 50 sit-ups, the other teammate must complete:

5 burpees

10 push-ups

15 air squats

-At 3-2-1-GO, Athlete A performs 50 sit-ups, while Athlete B performs 5 burpees, 10 push-ups, and 15 air squats.  Athlete B will finish first and rest until Athlete A finishes his/her sit-ups, then they switch. Teams will continue in this format until 1,000 sit-ups are completed.  This can be done virtually or in person with a family member or someone else you have been around during the quarantine.  Scaling recommendations would be total number of sit-ups combined as a team….scale to 500 or 700, if needed!  You will still get a great workout!
