Workout of the Day:
Every 4 minutes, for 28 minutes (7 sets) for max load:
400 meter run
3/2 bar muscle-ups
3 power cleans
-Athletes may only take 3 attempts at the cleans per set, but may adjust the loads as they see fit throughout the workout.  Score is total load of all completed lifts (i.e. if an athlete lifts 100 lbs every time, their score would be 2100 lbs. If they miss two of their lifts, their score would be 1900).
