**Due to the Rowing Clinic, Saturday’s class will be a 45-minute class this week. Programming will allow athletes to warm-up, workout, and finish up by 45 minutes after the hour. Our rowing clinic will begin at 10:00.
Workout of the Day:
“Tag, You’re It!”
In teams of 3, AMRAP in 20 minutes:
200 meter run
10 toes to bar
10 overhead walking lunges w/ a plate (45/25)
-Teammate A runs 200 meters, while teammate B rests, and teammate C completes as many rounds of the AMRAP (pull-ups, TTB, lunges) as possible. Once teammate A returns from the run, he/she will move to the resting station. Teammate B will move from resting to the AMRAP and teammate C goes from the AMRAP to the run. Teammates must continue in that order until the clock reaches 20:00. Reps on AMRAP only count when the appropriate teammate is out running. Score for this WOD is total rounds and reps in AMRAP. The runs do not count towards score.
