Workout of the Day:
“Tripartite”
In a team of 3, each team member should complete 3 rounds of the following:
400 meter run
DB squat clean thrusters (50/35)
Burpees
Your team should alternate between the exercises, so that each member will complete each exercise three times.  Team member 1 will run, while team member 2 is performing max reps of DB squat clean thrusters, and team member 3 is performing max burpees.  Once team member 1 returns from the run, all team members will rotate onto the next exercise.
Score will be total number of DB squat clean thrusters and total number of burpees.  Also, record your team’s finish time.  The goal is to perform the largest amount of reps in the least amount of time.
