“Ladies First”
With a partner (one person working at a time) and a clock set for 22 minutes, complete the following:
30 snatches (135/95) “Isabel”
150 wall balls (20/14) “Karen”
30 snatches (135/95) “Isabel”
Once done with the 210 reps listed above, AMRAP in remaining time:
5 bar facing burpees
10 deadlifts (135/95)
15 Abmat sit-ups
(Partners trade off completing full rounds of the AMRAP).
