Workout of the Day:

“Fortnite”
With a partner, complete the following for time:
50 burpees
400 meter run w/ a med ball (20/14)
50 box jumps (24/20)
400 meter run w/ a med ball (20/14)
50 hand release push-ups
400 meter run w/ a med ball (20/14)
50 KB swings (55/35)
400 meter run w/ a med ball (20/14)
50 burpees
-Both team members run each 400 together and can alternate who is holding the med ball throughout the run.  All reps are done with one person working and one resting.
