Workout of the Day:

“Street Parking on a Saturday”

Every two minutes for as long as you can last OR 30 minutes (15 rounds), complete the following:

200 meter run

10 hang squat clean thrusters (75/55)


*If an athlete is unable to get the work done in two minutes on any round, it will turn into a 30 minute AMRAP and they should continue working until the clock hits 30:00.
