Workout of the Day:

“Three-Part Series”

AMRAP in 30 minutes: With a partner, complete entire rounds of each.  One athlete works, while one athlete rests.4 rounds of:

Cindy (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats)

then, 4 rounds of: 

200 meter run, 15 KB swings (55/35), 10 box jumps (24/20)

then, 4 rounds of: 

25 double unders, 25 sit-ups
