“Replicate”
With a partner, and one person working, while one rests for each 4 min AMRAP, complete the following:
AMRAP in 4 minutes:
8 pull-ups
12 med ball cleans (20/14)
12 box jumps (24/20)
12/8 calorie row
*Rest 4 minutes while your partner works.  Repeat 3 more times each for a total of 4 rounds each (16 minutes of working time each).
