Workout of the Day:

“Road to Nowhere”

AMRAP in 15 minutes:

2 DB floor press

4 hollow rocks

30 double unders

4 DB floor press

8 hollow rocks

30 double unders

6 DB floor press

12 hollow rocks

30 double unders, and so on….add 2 reps to floor press each round and 4 reps to hollow rocks each round. Dubs will stay the same.  

-Sub ideas?  If you don’t have two DBs, do single arm floor press and split reps (i.e on the 6 DB floor press round, do three with right arm and then three with left arm…no need to alternate).  No DBs available?  Try push-ups…from knees or feet.  Sub for dubs would be 60 singles.  If you don’t have a rope, sub 20 lateral hops.
