Workout of the Day: 

“2016 Regional Team Event 4”
For time, in teams of three:
1800 meter run
60 overhead squats w/ pull-up hang
100 sit-ups w/ deadlift hold
-For the 1800 meter run, teams must switch runners after every 200 meters.
-For reps to count both non-working team members hang from pull-up bar during OHS and both non-working team members perform a deadlift hold together on same barbell during sit-ups.
Fitness:  115/75 OHS, AbMat sit-ups, 225 deadlift hold
Performance:  155/105 OHS, GHD sit-ups, 315 deadlift hold
