200 dubs, 100 air squats, 100 hand release push-ups, 100 ft bear crawl

Summer break: 2:00 rest

Junior year: 200 dubs, 100 burpees, 100 alternating DB snatch (50/35), 100 ft overhead walking lunge (50/35)

Summer break (COVID): 4:00 rest

Senior year:

200 dubs, 100 deadlifts (95/65), 100 hang power cleans (95/65), 100 ft HS walk, 21 calorie bike
