“Linchpin Duo”

With a partner (each staying at their own station) perform 6 rounds each of the following:

30 double unders

15 AbMat sit-ups

5 clean & jerks (135/95)

-Partner 1 completes an entire round, then partner 2 completes an entire round…until both have completed 6 full rounds.
