With a partner, and only one person working at a time, move through the following:
10 x 100 meter run (with a 25/15 plate overhead) – alternating
then,

10 total rounds (5 rounds each partner – alternating full rounds) of:
5 HSPU
5 burpees
5 wall balls (20/14) – 10/9 ft.
5 calorie row
5 KB swings (55/35)
then,
10 x 100 meter run (with a 25/15 plate overhead) – alternating
