“Crash Into Me”
With a partner, one person works while one rests.
Complete the following:
AMRAP in 10 minutes:
200 meter run
(alternating runs)
Rest 2 minutes.
AMRAP in 10 minutes:
250 meter row
(alternating rows)
Rest 2 minutes.
For time:
500 double unders
(Divide reps between partners however you choose).
