18 hang power cleans (95/65)
7 lateral burpees over the barbell

18 ring dips
7 hang power snatches (95/65)
-Rest 4 minutes (half time)
AMRAP in 8 minutes (third quarter):
89 meter shuttle sprint – 10 meters x 8 and 9 meters x 1 😉
18 push presses (95/65)
7 GHD sit-ups

89 Russian KB swings (55/35)
