Workout of the Day:
In teams of four, with two working stations and two resting stations complete AMRAP in 20 minutes:
of the following:
50 ft Overhead DB walking lunge (35/20) w/ one DB
5 double DB snatches (35/20)
5 burpee box jump overs (24/20)

-Each team member will move through complete rounds of the AMRAP.  One team member will always be on the rower, so there are two working stations and two resting stations.  The team will have two scores…total rounds of AMRAP and total calories rowed. Team must rotate in order.  AMRAP, rest, row, rest.
