Synchronized bar facing burpees

Synchronized overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)

Synchronized chest-to-bar pull-ups

 

Fitness:  65/45 and chin over bar pull-ups

Performance:  As written above

Reps must be synchronized with partner.
