Sunday, April 22nd – Perform 80 hollow rocks.  This can be done at once or throughout the day.

Tuesday, April 24th – Try one vegetable and one fruit you don’t normally eat.
Wednesday, April 25th – Track your food today via MyFitness pal or another app of choice.  Post your log on social media or e-mail it to us at
Thursday, April 26th –  Pick two weaknesses and work on them EMOM style.  EMOM x 12:  Odd minute – weakness one (x amount of reps), Even minute – weakness two (x amount of reps).
Friday, April 27th – Walk or bike somewhere you would normally drive.
Saturday, April 28th – Do an extra workout while away from the gym (i.e. go on a hike, walk your dog, go for a run, etc).
