Last two challenges!…

 

Sunday, April 29th – Perform 100 total reps choosing from any of the following:  sit-ups, hollow rocks, push-ups, burpees, lunges, and air squats.  You can do a few of each exercise, 100 of one exercise, or any combination in between…athlete’s choice.

 

Monday, April 30th – Consume a minimum of 25 grams of fiber today.
