Sunday, April 8th – Do 20 minutes of mobility. This can be done in one session or throughout the day.
Monday, April 9th – Weigh and measure everything you eat today.
Tuesday, April 10th – Perform 80 burpees. This can be done at once or throughout the day.
Wednesday, April 11th – Eat a minimum of 3 servings of fruit.
Thursday, April 12th – Tabata – pick two exercises and do tabata on your own, alternating between the two. There are free Tabata timer apps, or just watch a stopwatch and perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds each (16 total rounds – 8 minutes).
Friday, April 13th – Pick a gymnastics skill and work on it for 15 minutes.
Saturday, April 14th – Perform 150 air squats. This can be done at once or throughout the day.
