Challenge of the Day:  Tabata – pick two exercises and do tabata on your own, alternating between the two.  There are free Tabata timer apps, or just watch a stopwatch and perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds each (16 total rounds – 8 minutes). 

Strength:  20RM overhead squat (15 minutes to establish)

“High and Dry”
AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
50-ft handstand walk
100-ft walking lunge
