TTFIT is hitting the road every Monday and Tuesday evening!  Dins and I will be at the Bixby HS track leading a large group of football moms (and dads!) in a free TTFIT workout each night.  TTS friends, if you miss classes for the day OR want to hit a second session, meet us there….7:05pm.  Request to join our “TTFIT at the Track” Group on FB to receive updates on time changes, workouts, etc. 

Strength/Skill:  EMOM x 10:  Even minute:  5 front squats (athlete’s choice on weight), Odd minute:  10 HSPU (if proficient at HSPU, try to do as many strict as possible)
-Scaling options:  30 second handstand hold or strict, seated DB press
